Enterprise Systems Executive Committee (ESEC) — Fiscal Year 2008
Structure
The Enterprise Systems Executive Committee is comprised of Provost Daniel Linzer; Senior Vice President for Business and Finance Eugene S. Sunshine; Vice President for Research Jay Walsh; Associate Vice President for Change Management Jake Julia, and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mort Rahimi, who chairs the Committee.
Purpose
ESEC provides the highest level of administrative management oversight for the Northwestern major administrative systems projects, garners support from across the University, assists the administrative systems initiatives with the release of staff to work on the projects, and makes decisions as necessary concerning major budget, policy, and process issues related to the University’s administrative systems initiatives. The Committee meets monthly or more often as needed.
