Northwestern IT's Administration & Finance division offers administrative and financial support for other IT units in the pursuit of Northwestern IT's mission. Functions include telecommunications and network services, billing, site licensing, contract review and negotiations, human resources and payroll, budgeting, rate setting, financial reporting and analysis, and strategic planning for ongoing and special projects.
