College and University Financial System (CUFS) 

The CUFS system is used to process and track accounting transactions and balances online. This includes expense and revenue budgeting, encumbrance control, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, grants management, job cost accounting and billing, general ledger, and financial reporting. These functions run on a large-scale purchased system that has been customized to run at NU.
