Electronic Time Entry System (ETES)

The Electronic Time Entry System (ETES) gathers information on hours worked for all biweekly regular, temporary, and work-study employees, and interfaces with the HRIS System. The Web-based system allows employees to electronically enter hours worked for the pay period, replacing the need for paper time sheets. Supervisors have access to the system for approvals and for generation of reports to help analyze issues such as labor distribution, patterns of time, and absences.
