Set Up Outlook Express
Outlook Express is a free, basic e-mail program, already built into your PC computer. It is user-friendly, with the ability to receive mail from multiple e-mail accounts and create Inbox rules to help you manage and organize your e-mail. These features exceed the needs of an average user.
