Additional Editors: View/Edit Other Directory Entries

Additional editor rights to directory entries for full time employees, students and departmental accounts vary. For example, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management does not allow students, faculty or staff to change their aliases. All Kellogg online directory records have their additional_editors field updated to contain a special additional editor which allows Kellogg Information Systems staff to manage them.

Additional editors for departmental accounts may edit the following fields:

• e-mail
• web page
• mailbox
• other_name
• other_title
• other_department
• other_address
• other_phone
• frat_or_sorority
• fax
• pager
• hours
• other
• additional_editors
• nickname
• visibility_off_campus
