Department & Organization Accounts
Departmental e-mail addresses may be used on departmental literature and Web sites. These free accounts allow multiple people access to messages, help departments maintain continuity, and more. Student groups recognized by ASG are eligible for group e-mail addresses.
The following account options are available:
| Forwarding E-mail Address | The account can be a "vanity" address, so that any mail sent to email-address@northwestern.edu will be redirected to an individual's mailbox. |
| Full E-mail Account with Passphrase/password |
The account has its own mailbox on a central mail server and a passphrase/password. |
| Additional Editors: View/Edit Other Directory Entries | An additional editor may be granted permission to change directory information for specific account(s) at https://directory.northwestern.edu/edit/. |
