Administrative Systems Training Move to myHR Learn

Beginning this summer, Administrative Systems training registration and materials will be moving into myHR Learn. This move is a continuation of the University's effort to consolidate all staff training into one central resource for the community.

As of June 12, 2017, NUFinancials is the first system to make the switch to myHR Learn.

New NUFinancials Tutorials

myHR Learn includes interactive tutorials to help guide you through the most common tasks in NUFinancials.

The rest of the Finance, Facilities, and Research Administration and Alumni systems training content will move by the end of Fiscal Year 2017.

How to Enroll in Training

Until the move to myHR Learn is complete, registration for other FFRA and Alumni system training will follow a slightly different path than registration for training for NUFinancials in myHR Learn.

Update Your Bookmarks/Favorites and Website Links

Please note that, once the training move is complete, you will need to update any bookmarks/favorites/website links to training documents and the FFRA Curriculum page.

Key Dates

June 1: Registration for NUFinancials courses opens in myHR Learn (courses will cover the upgraded version of NUFinancials)

June 1: New online course:

June 12: NUFinancials content is live in myHR Learn.

June 19: NUFinancials upgrade is live; begin additional upgrade-related Open Labs

June 20: NUFinancials upgrade-related hands-on classes start

September 1: InfoEd, FAMIS, NUPlans, CATracks, Our Northwestern, and Cognos BI Financial Reporting training registration and materials available in myHR Learn
