IT User Panel

Want to make a difference in the way work gets done? The Northwestern IT User Panel is an opportunity for you, a user of IT systems, to help test and offer input on new features and tools in our systems and web sites.
Join now.


Users of IT systems at Northwestern University, including myHR, CAESAR, NUFinancials, CATracks, Cognos BI Reporting, FAMIS, iBuyNU, NUPlans, and InfoEd. We welcome Northwestern students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.


Participate in surveys, usability studies, pilot training, and/or focus groups. Once you sign up, all participation is optional and according to your interest and availability.


We'll send invitations when we have a new feature or tool for your feedback or testing. This should average no more often than every month or so. Some activities will be scheduled with us, while others will be completed on your own time by a deadline.


Some activities can be completed at your desk, with occasional opportunities to join us in one of our training labs or meeting rooms at 1800 Sherman in Evanston. We also schedule sessions on the Chicago campus.


We need your help. As a user of the systems, you have insight and perspective we need in order to make our products work for you.
