myHR

Northwestern Information Technology supports and enhances the technical aspects of the University's human resources systems working in partnership with University central offices and administrative units responsible for maintaining policy and procedures.

myHR is Northwestern's system of record for Human Resources and payroll data. 

myHR can be used to view paychecks, update online directory and contact information, manage benefits, access training courses, and more.

Business and financial administrators may use additional functionality in myHR related to recruiting, benefits, and compensation to manage open positions and maintain appointment and payroll information for their employees or students.
