NUPlans Known Issues

ISSUE: NUPlans will be unavailable from noon on Saturday, Oct. 7 
AFFECTED SYSTEM: NUPlans
EXPECTED RESOLUTION: Oct. 7 at 4pm and Oct. 8 (please see below)
COMMENTS: A vendor fix pack will be installed and FY18 budget prep data will be archived. Most NUPlans services will be available by 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, however FY18 budget prep data won't be accessible until Sunday, Oct. 8.

UPDATE: The salary and payroll data displayed in NUPlans is as of May 5, 2017.
AFFECTED SYSTEM: NUPlans Contributor
EXPECTED RESOLUTION: Original issue resolved. Updated data (as of May 5, 2017) has been imported into NUPlans from myHR.
COMMENTS:
Updates impact the following employee data in Comp Input:
·         FY17 myHR Annual Rate
·         FY17 Distribution %
·         FYTD and Encumbrances
·         Benefit Encumbrances and Benefits Charges
 The import does not affect any placeholder data or salary budgeting data entered in NUPlans. However, users who have used employee salary budgeting methods that use myHR data should review their salary budgets to verify if any changes are necessary.
