Having trouble logging in?If you receive a "Login Failed" message, the most likely cause is a mistyped NetID and/or password. Return to the login page and try again. If you continue to experience problems, call the NUIT Support Center (847-491-HELP) for assistance. If you are having trouble accessing a specific NU Online Passport authenticated system, please contact the appropriate helpdesk for assistance.
