NU Bulk Email

Northwestern Information Technology administers the University's bulk email system called, NU Bulk Email.

Bulk email is recognized as an important medium for facilitating communication within the Northwestern community. It enables large groups of people to receive important information all at the same time.

The potential misuse of bulk email is also recognized. The NU Bulk Email Policy and Guidelines provides guidance for the appropriate use and approvals of bulk email.

Features and Benefits

Who Can Use NU Bulk Email?

Any University employee who has been authorized may access the NU Bulk Email Web interface to send bulk email messages.

All other University employees may request approval to send a bulk email message.
