Collaboration Services: Check Your E-mail Quota

Outlook Web App (OWA)

  1. Log in to the Outlook Web App (OWA) at https://collaborate.northwestern.edu using your NetID and NetID password. A window similar to the following will appear:

  2. Hover your mouse over the top folder of your mailbox listing. Usually the folder name is your name (e.g., Demo ProdCollaborate2). A graph will display your quota usage and will contain a caption letting you know how much space you are using.

Outlook 2011 (Mac)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Right-click on your Inbox. A window similar to the following will appear.

  3. Select Folder Properties. A window similar to the following will appear:

  4. Click the Storage tab. This tab will show the size of the folder selected and the total size including all sub folders.

Outlook 2010 (Win)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File. A window similar to the following will appear.

  3. Check your quota usage below Mailbox Cleanup.
