CONDUITS Online Reports
CONDUITS Online's easy-to-use menus allow department usage report contacts and account usage report contacts to run a variety of reports. Two categories of reports are available: Custom Reports and Standard Reports.
Custom Reports
Several types of NUIT-designed reports are available and are similar in content to the printed IT Telecommunications Monthly Reports.

| Account Usage | Summary of individual subscriber charges by Chart of Accounts number |
| Account Usage Summary by Service | Summary of charges by type of service (e.g., voice, voice mail, authorization code) |
| Account Usage Summary by Subscriber | Summary of Chart of Accounts number charges by individual subscriber |
| Authcode and Calling Card Usage | Summary and detail information for authorization code and calling card usage |
| Department Usage | Summary of charges by department |
| Department Usage by Subscriber | Summary of department charges by individual subscriber |
At the close of each billing cycle, specific Custom Reports are sent electronically to department usage report contacts and account usage report contacts as PDF attachments.
Department contacts receive the following reports:

- Department Usage by Subscriber
Account contacts receive the following report:
- Account Usage
Standard Reports
These HTML-only reports include links that provide detailed information about charges and usage by subscriber.
