• easily and accurately submit telecommunication orders

• access, view, track and generate NUIT technology related services billing reports.

Placing Orders

• If you are an authorized work order contact, use your NetID and NetID password to log in to the CONDUITS Online Order Form.

• Check the list of CONDUITS Work Order Contacts if you’re not sure you’re authorized to place orders for your department. Contact the NUIT Billing Office at it-billing@northwestern.edu to make changes to the list.

• View the NU Charge List for a list of equipment charges.

• If this is your first time using the form, access the CONDUITS Online Order Form tutorials for assistance.

• The CONDUITS Online Order Form supports Firefox 1.7 or higher for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux; Netscape 7.2 for Windows and Mac OS X; and Internet Explorer or higher for Windows.

Tracking Orders

• If you are an authorized work order contact, use your NetID and NetID password to access the CONDUITS Online Order Tracker to track your recent orders.

Access Billing Reports

• If you are an authorized billing contact, use your NetID and NetID password to log in to the CONDUITS Online Billing Reports.

• Check the CONDUITS Billing Contacts list if you’re not sure you’re authorized to view reports for your department. Contact the NUIT Billing Office at it-billing@northwestern.edu to make changes to the list.

• View the NU Charge List for a list of equipment charges.

• The CONDUITS Online billing application supports Firefox 1.0x and higher for Windows, Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4 and Linux, and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher for Windows.
