Webconference Meeting Host Account Order Form

In order to host a Webconference at Northwestern University, please complete the following form to request a Meeting Host Account.

Once your application is submitted, please allow up to five business days for the request to be processed. You will receive an e-mail once the account has been approved.

Note: Adobe charges an annual fee based on a December 1st start date. The initial charge for the account includes an NUIT processing fee and will be prorated based on when you request the Meeting Host Account. See table below for Meeting Host Account activation charges:

After the initial prorated period, all Meeting Host Accounts will be billed an annual rate of $150. Account holders will be contacted in October of each year to confirm renewel using the Chart of Account (COA) string on file.

By ordering a Meeting Host Account, you are agreeing to commit through the license cycle, which begins on December 1 of each year. Licenses are non-refundable, however may be transferred to another user or device by completing the form below.
