NUIT Customer Request System
The NUIT Customer Request System is a unified support and service resource for the University community.
Support Request is a central source for technical support available from NUIT, including the Support Center, Distributed Support Services, and Residential Networking.
Change Request is used by pre-authorized technical support staff responsible for initiating, managing, and tracking system request activities associated with NUIT datacenter services. Staff must complete training in order to access Change Request.
