Distributed Support Services (DSS)

DSS provides several levels of technical support to staff and faculty working on University-owned machines on a for-fee basis. Services include installation and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, peripherals, NUIT-distributed software, and operating systems.

• DSS Ad-hoc Support Services

  Request support for an hourly fee with a CUFS number.

• DSS Contract Customers

  Find your school or department to submit a support request online.

  Please note: Due to firewall restrictions, you must be on campus to submit a support request with the online form.
