Wieboldt Videoconferencing Under Construction

Fall 2006

June marked the beginning of a 14-month, $12 million renovation project of the Chicago campus’ Wieboldt Hall. The School of Continuing Studies (SCS) is renovating all classrooms on Wieboldt’s fourth and fifth floors and adding more community space and smaller meeting rooms.

For safety and security reasons, videoconferencing capabilities are not available until all construction is complete. In the interim, the Lurie Building’s Gray and Searle Rooms, along with the Hughes Auditorium, will accommodate videoconferencing needs. Though the Feinberg School of Medicine has top scheduling priority, these rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To schedule one of these rooms, contact Gail Rosenblum of Feinberg Medical School at g-rosenblum@northwestern.edu.

Users can access an updated videoconferencing schedule in early December.

Look for the final result of Wieboldt Hall’s renovation in September 2007.
