New Location for NUIT Support Center

The NUIT Support Center has a new home. If you need face-to-face technology support, come over to 1800 Sherman Avenue and look for the sidewalk-level entrance, just steps from the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Clark Street.
As always, you can find technology help from the NUIT Support Center via phone or the Web at 847-491-HELP (4357) and consultant@northwestern.edu.
For more information, please visit New Location for NUIT Support Center in the What’s New and Changing section of the NUIT Web Site.
Information for iPhone Users Now Available

Considering getting an iPhone? These devices are able to connect to University e-mail and the wireless network, though NUIT has discovered some incompatibilities with University enterprise systems. If you need help connecting, the NUIT Support Center can assist you on a best-efforts basis.

Upgrades to CAESAR Improves User Experience
CAESAR got easier to use this fall thanks to NUIT’s Management Systems and the Office of the Registrar.
The new and improved interface, powered by PeopleSoft, updates the navigation and gives the system a new look and feel. In addition, the upgrade paves the way for future enhancements and features.
The upgrade caught the attention of the PeopleSoft vendor, Oracle. NUIT was awarded and Oracle Excellence Award for the creative use of middleware to achieve unique business value for the initiative.
