Don't Get Turned Off! Upgrade to SAV 9.0.1

With new viruses emerging constantly, it pays to have the very latest antiviral software available.

To help maintain security, we strongly encourage downloading and installing Symantec AntiVirus 9.0.1 (Windows only) FREE from NUIT's Essential Software Web site. (Where appropriate, please consult with your local technical support person before installing any software on your computer).

The upgrade, which NUIT made available September 17, includes fixes to previous downloads of the same version and important new features to help secure your computer against viruses.

Users whose computers are not up-to-date run a great risk of getting infected, losing important information, and having their ports turned off. Where appropriate, please consult with your local technical support person before downloading Symantec AntiVirus 9.0.1.

Mac users please note: Symantec's Norton AntiVirus 9.0, the most recent Mac OS version, has been available for some time.
