A Campus Snapshot
The recently completed phase two of the Information Commons on the main floor of University Library appeals to faculty and students with updated workstations, built-in conference areas, and flexible seating arrangements that encourage small-group collaboration. Further details on this project will be available soon.

SPSS 13.0 for Windows: Now available for the University community.

LDAP Directory replaces Ph on Jan. 31: NUIT is converting the current online Ph directory to Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).

Phaseout of nwu.edu June 20: Any host computer still addressed by a name within the "nwu.edu" domain will no longer be reachable under that name.

Datacenter Service: NUIT has revised the service level and pricing structure for its Datacenter file server housing and system support options for departments and schools.

Modem Pool Retirement: The University will shut down its central modem pools August 1, 2005.
