NUIT Support Center
The NUIT Support Center provides technical consulting for NUIT-supported software and services. This includes wireless, VPN and virus troubleshooting and NetID password management. All current NU faculty, staff, and students are eligible to receive support. Requests can be placed via phone, e-mail, live chat and by visiting the Support Center.
On-campus technical support of laptop computers is provided by the NUIT Support Center through its Laptop ER program. Visit Laptop ER for more information.
The NUIT Support Center services do not include hardware support or operating system reinstallations, but we are happy to assist you in locating a repair service for these issues.

Accessible from the Sherman Avenue street entrance, the walk-in facility is located steps north of the Sherman Avenue and Clark Street intersection.
Academic Year Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Break/Summer Hours: (after finals week)
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and University holidays: CLOSED
