Activate a Data Circuit

This service is available if you already have a communications outlet and wish to activate a data circuit within it.

Ordering

Authorized departmental work order contacts can submit an order online via the CONDUITS Online Order Form. All orders must include:

• Name of the department
• Detailed location information: building, floor, room, and jack number
• Subnet onto which the data circuit should be activated, contact a local UNITS rep or tech support person for assistance
• Chart of Accounts number
