SSCC Analytical Software Tutorials

UCLA's idre, the Institute for Digital Research and Education, is an excellent Statistical Computing resource, with extensive analysis examples, textbook examples, and online classes and workshops.

Software Carpentry Lessons provides comprehensive training for scientific computing skills.

SAS e-learning Courses

We have access to select SAS self-paced e-learning courses. You must have a SAS profile account to use them. You must also request an access code. Send an email to sscc-support@northwestern.edu.. Then access the SAS My Training page (where you can create your SAS profile). All of the courses you have access to will be listed.

The courses include SAS Programming Introduction: Basic Concepts, SAS Programming 1: Essentials, SAS Programming 2: Data Manipulation Techniques, SAS Programming 3: Advanced Techniques and Efficiencies, SAS Macro Language 1: Essentials, SAS SQL 1: Essentials, Statistics 1: Introduction to ANOVA, Regression and Logistic Regression, and Querying, Reporting and Analyzing Data using SAS Enterprise Guide.
