Manage Your Phone

This page provides instructions for how to manage a phone that is registered with Multi-factor Authentication.

To Add a Phone*

Click the Add a Phone button if you:

* You must confirm your identity on your primary phone to authorize this action.

To Change Your Primary Phone

Once you have two or more phones registered:

  1. Click the radio button in the Primary Phone column to change which phone receives notifications to confirm your identity.
  2. Click the Next button to confirm your change.

To Delete a Phone*

Click the delete link in the “Actions” column if you:

* You must confirm your identity on your primary phone to authorize this action.

To reactivate the Duo Mobile app on your iPhone or Android phone

Click the reactivate link in the “Actions” column if you:
