Meeting Maker Software
Meeting Maker (MM) is a server-based calendar and scheduling system. Meeting Maker defines activities, proposes meetings, and manages meeting resources such as conference rooms, computers, and projectors.
Access
View Meeting Maker from off campus:
- Use VPN to connect to the NU Network, then log into Meeting Maker, or,
- Access the Meeting Maker Web client.
Order
- Complete the Meeting Maker Account Request Form.

Install and License
- Detailed installation instructions will be available after the upgrade is complete:
- Version — Meeting Maker v8.7.0627 is available.
- Cost and account information — Go to the Meeting Maker Policy page.
- Operating system — Supported by Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X 10.3, and Mac OS X 10.4. The current version of Meeting Maker will run on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) but the vendor does not offer technical support for this configuration.
- Home use provision — This software can be used on personally owned computers by licensed users for University purposes.
