Exporting Data with Meeting Maker for Macintosh
Note: This page covers instructions for exporting your calendar data using the Meeting Maker client for Macintosh.
There are two ways you can export your data using Meeting Maker. Please select the appropiate method from the list below:
Exporting as a text file

Select File => Export as Text…. A window similar to the following will appear:

Click OK. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Type a descriptive name into the Save As: field.
- Navigate to where you want to save your data, then click Save.
Publish as a Web page
Note: These instructions can only export data for eleven months in either direction from the current month. If you wish to export all of your data, we suggest exporting your data to a text file. See Exporting as a text file above for instructions.
- Launch Meeting Maker.

Select File => Publish as Web Page…. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Select Manual only from into the Frequency: drop-down menu.
- Select a date range you wish to publish using the From: and To: drop-down menus. Note: The program can only publish your calendar for eleven months in either direction from the current month. We suggest that if you perform this proceedure every quarter or every six months.

Click the Browse… button. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Navigate to where you want to save your data.
- Type a descriptive name into the Save As: field.

Click the Save button. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Click the Publish button to finish. Note: If you changed your current date to export data beyond the eleven month range, you need to change the date back to today's date. See Changing the Current Date below.
Changing the Current Date
Note: These instructions are only to be used if you need to publish your calendar beyond the eleven month range. Please be aware that doing so may cause difficulties with other programs. Be sure to quit out of all running applications before proceeding with these steps.
- Launch System Preferences.

Select the Date & Time control panel. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Un-check the Set date & time automatically: checkbox if it is checked.
- Type the year you wish to change to into the year field.
- Click the Save button to save your changes. Note: Be sure to keep the control panel open until you are finished with your export.
- Proceed with the export instructions above.
Changing the Current Date Back:
- Type the current year into the year field.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
- Click the Set date & time automatically: checkbox.
- From the Sytem Preferences menu, select Quit System Preferences.
