NotifyLink Web Console Configuration
1. Access the URL provided in the Welcome to NotifyLink e-mail confirmation. You should receive a user name and password prompt as shown.
2. Type in your username (NU e-mail address) and password that NotifyLink provided in the confirmation message and click the SUBMIT button.
If you are logged in successfully, the NotifyLink Configuration window should display.
3. Click the Accounts button
4. On the Accounts screen, skip down to the Calendar Server sections and input your NetID (if not prefilled) and then your NetID password into the Calendar Password and Confirm Calendar Password fields. This will allow NotifyLink access to your Meeting Maker account.
5. OPTIONAL: If you also use Meeting Maker to store Contacts , you can input the same NetID and NetID password to allow NotifyLink to synch Meeting Maker Contacts on the device.
6. Next, find the Client Login Information sections and change the default password to access the Notifylink Configuration Web site. After completing all steps on this screen select APPLY CHANGES.

7. To complete the NotifyLink configuration, access the GENERAL option (on left hand side) and select SECURITY to add a password for the mobile device to use to access the NotifyLink service (default is password). After inputting a desired password, select APPLY CHANGES.
8. Finally, verify everything is correct by expanding the GENERAL option (on left hand side) and select STATISTICS.
The STATISTICS section should indicate success with NotifyLink communicating with Meeting Maker. If the Last Calendar Result indicates 'PIM login failed', access the MAILBOX PROPERTIES\ ACCOUNTS screen to verify the Meeting Maker server name is correct and to re-enter the NetID and password if required.
9. After all configurations are setup and the device is synching as expected, the only reason to re-access the NotifyLink Web console would be to update the NetID password when it changes.
10. The initial NotifyLink synch after the NotifyLink Web portal setup may take up to twenty (20) minutes.
