Remedy

The Remedy Action Request System is a departmental client/server development tool to create business workflow applications. This development environment helps automate service management business processes.

Both Remedy User and Remedy Administrator licenses are available.

Install and License

  • Home use provision — This software can be used on personally owned computers by licensed users for University purposes.

  • As Remedy is a departmental development tool, please contact the Remedy administrator in your area.
