Remedy
The Remedy Action Request System is a departmental client/server development tool to create business workflow applications. This development environment helps automate service management business processes.
Both Remedy User and Remedy Administrator licenses are available.

- Download Remedy User v6.3 — Used by Remedy account holders to access departmental schemas.
- Download Remedy Administrator v6.3 — Used by Remedy account holders with administrative privileges for schema development or maintenance.
Install and License
- Home use provision — This software can be used on personally owned computers by licensed users for University purposes.
