Trouble Logging In?
If you're a currently registered student with an active NetID, log in to your @u.northwestern.edu, @nlaw.northwestern.edu, or @fsm.northwestern.edu account as follows:
- Enter your NetID and NetID Password
- Enter your Account Username and Account Password
NOTE: You cannot log in by supplying an account nickname as the Account Username.
To reset a forgotten Account Password:
- Current Students: Visit Account Management
- NU Alumni: Visit Alumni Account Management
- All Other Accounts: Visit Reset Account Password
NOTE: If you are setting up access on a handheld mobile device or from an email application such as Outlook or Apple Mail, you will need to enter your official Account Username and Account Password.
If you are still having trouble logging in to your account, identify your support contact below:
|Current Student||If you are unable to log in to your account or if you are unable to self-reset your Account Password, contact the NUIT Support Center.|
|NU Alumni||If you are unable to log in with your Account Username and Account Password or if you are unable to self-reset, contact email@example.com for assistance.|
|Law School Student||
Contact the Law School IT Helpdesk at 312-503-7000 or visit the Law School IT website.
|Feinberg Students, Residents, and Alumni||Contact the Medical School Helpdesk at 312-503-0105 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.|
|All Other Accounts||Contact the NUIT Support Center for assistance or call 847-491-4357 (1-HELP).|
