NUIT offers technical support for students through the NUIT Support Center as well as through Residential Networking (ResNet)--a service provided by students, for students in residence halls.

The NUIT Support Center provides phone consulting on NUIT-supported software and services, wireless troubleshooting, and virus troubleshooting.

NetPass at Northwestern

NetPass is a computer vulnerability inspection program implemented in residence halls and Greek houses to help fight the most common or potentially harmful network viruses, worms, and other threats
