LiveHelp support is available for faculty, staff, and students during Northwestern IT Support Center business hours. The instant message assistance program offers support for basic requests.
Specific issues that can be addressed via LiveChat include, but are not limited to:
- Questions about @u.northwestern.edu service
- Simple configuration questions about e-mail clients or WebMail
- Where to find information on the Northwestern IT Web site
LiveHelp support is for basic support requests. For inquiries requiring more time or more in-depth attention, a phone or in-person session may be suggested.
