Northwestern IT Service Point

The Northwestern IT Service Point provides a centrally located support site on the Evanston campus for students, faculty, and staff to receive hands-on technical support assistance.

Located on the ground floor of Norris University Center, across from the University bookstore, the Northwestern IT Service Point houses Laptop ER, a support service offered by the Northwestern IT Support Center.

At the Northwestern IT Service Point, students, faculty, and staff can find assistance with:

Academic Year Hours

Monday - Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED
University holidays: CLOSED

Summer and Academic Break Hours (after finals week)

Monday - Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and University holidays: CLOSED

In the event that Northwestern IT is unable to assist a student, faculty, or staff member, the student consultant will direct the user to alternative resources that may be able to help solve the problem.
