Identifying and Ordering a Cell Phone
NUIT recommends that you become an informed buyer before identifying a cellular provider and phone. Clarify how you plan to use your phone, then narrow your list of potential devices based on your needs. Perhaps your needs require you to use a Smartphone, like the BlackBerry. Once you've identified your needs and researched your top picks, contact your local retail outlet and begin communicating your needs. Be sure to ask if any special trial periods are available. Faculty and staff can contact their departmental supervisor for ordering details.

Consult the Cell Phone Quick Reference for answers to frequently asked questions about cell phones on campus.
