NUIT is Changing the Online Directory Policy for Displaying Information

Beginning January 15, 2004, school phone, school address, and curriculum information in the Northwestern University online directory will come exclusively from official records maintained by the Registrar's office.
Affected users will still be able to control whether this information is displayed in the online directory. The default privacy policy is to hide all student phone, address, and curriculum information. No school address, phone, or curriculum information will be displayed in your online directory entry unless you specifically request it.

All Northwestern students, including faculty and staff who also take classes at the University should be aware of this announcement.
To display your official school address, phone, and curriculum in the online directory, visit the directory privacy options page at https://snap.it.northwestern.edu/it/snaps/setprivacy.cgi.
If your online directory information is incorrect or incomplete, you can use the CAESAR Web pages to make most corrections.
