What's New and Changing

Mathematica 6.0.1 FY08 Licenses Now Available

Posted Date: 10 Oct 2007

Effective Date: 10 Oct 2007

NUIT is pleased to announce that Mathematica licenses for the FY08 fiscal year are now available for the Windows, Macintosh and Linux platforms for staff and faculty.

Users who own a previous Mathematica license (FY07 and earlier) and all other first-time users may purchase the Mathematica 6.0.1 FY08 license by visiting NUIT Site License Software Distribution.

As the version of Mathematica is not changing for the new fiscal year, customers who purchase a renewal license can follow a simple procedure to renew their current Mathematica 6.0.1 installations without the need to re-download/re-install the software.

Faculty and staff who wish to purchase Mathematica 6.0.1 FY08 licenses may do so by visiting NUIT Site License Software Distribution.

The price remains the same for staff/faculty ($99/license or $49/license for bulk purchases of 10 or more).

Please note that Mathematica for students will not be offered this year.

As a reminder, Mathematica site-licensed software for faculty and staff is available only for the purpose of conducting University-related business or research and must be installed on University-owned computers.
