Training and Support

On-site support for initial or single-instance videoconferences is provided. In addition, one-on-one training is provided for repeated videoconferences or distance learning classes to facilitate future independently-run videoconferences.

Cost and Billing Policies

There are currently no charges associated with H.323 videoconferencing sessions; however, any out-of-pocket toll charges for H.320 sessions will be passed on to videoconference participants.

Additionally, staff costs for support of long conference events (e.g., a Saturday afternoon mini-conference) may need to be passed on to videoconference participants. Please note that there are no consulting charges for videoconference equipment design and purchase assistance.
