Uninstalling RealPlayer for Windows
Before installing RealPlayer, you must uninstall previous RealPlayer versions to prevent potential conflicts.
The windows displayed may vary slightly from those that appear on your screen based on the version of your operating system or your computer's configuration.
- Click Start. A window similar to the following will appear:

- From the Start menu, choose Control Panel. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Double-click on Add or Remove Programs. A window similar to the following will appear:
[NOTE: The window that appears on your screen will include a list of software currently installed on your computer. You may need to scroll down to find RealPlayer.]

- In the center column, click RealPlayer. The application may also be called RealOne Enterprise Desktop. A window similar to the following will appear:

- Click Change/Remove.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for removing RealPlayer from your computer.
- You are now ready to install the latest RealPlayer software.
