Request a Webcast

To request a Webcast for an event on either Northwestern University campus, organizers must fill out and submit an online request form (see link below). A Webcast specialist will then follow up to help coordinate the event.

A valid Chart of Accounts number is required for Webcast billing.

The University will archive Webcasts for its historical record, with streamed Webcasts retained for at least one year on a streaming server, and master tapes stored in the University Library's Multimedia Center. On the form, organizers should indicate whether they prefer the archived and/or streamed Webcast to be available to Northwestern only or to an unrestricted audience.
