Coordinator of Special Events

The Special Events Coordinator supports Northwestern IT trainings and events for students, faculty, staff, researchers, school and unit IT colleagues, and other relevant audiences. This position coordinates logistics associated with trainings and events that span across the information technology organization.

Organizing and executing key events, the Coordinator is primarily responsible for partnering with Northwestern IT units, senior leadership, and IT Communications to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic trainings and events—both virtual and in-person. The Coordinator also works with the IT Communications team and key stakeholders to market and promote trainings and events and ensure new and established events follow established planning protocols.

Please Note: Hours are determined based on the needs of the programing and subject to change as needed. Some weekend and outside-normal working hours may be required.

Manager, Distributed Application Platform Services

The Systems Analyst performs tasks related to the design, implementation, support/maintenance, and enhancement of NU's enterprise, vendor and in-house developed applications.
