Annual Access Review: Student Enterprise System (SES)

SES is the Student Enterprise System, also known as CAESAR. The SES Annual Access Review is an online process that takes just minutes to complete.

You do not need to be someone’s supervisor to review their access. However, you do need to be working in the same department and know whether a change in duties or job status has eliminated their need for SES access.

Review Timeline

The annual security access review begins each June. All reviewers must submit their access confirmations by end of business on August 15.

Please respond by the August 15 deadline to avoid temporary loss of user access.

Review Process

  1. Log in to the SES System Access Review web page using your NetID.
  2. Follow the online instructions to review each person in your list and confirm or change their access status. If any of the assigned staff are not in your department, please indicate this on the online form.
  3. Click Save to confirm your review.
