myHR Learn

Northwestern Information Technology supports and enhances the technical aspects of the University's human resources systems working in partnership with University central offices and administrative units responsible for maintaining policy and procedures.
myHR Learn is the single source for learning, development, and performance for Northwestern’s faculty and staff.
myHR Learn provides a centralized location to register for training and professional development courses across the University and is used to automatically enroll employees in necessary compliance training, allowing them to easily and completely meet requirements.
myHR Learn will also be the online tool to support Northwestern's new Performance Excellence experience beginning with the 2017-2018 performance year.
