Collaboration Services: Forward E-mail to Different Address

  1. Log in to the Oulook Web App (OWA) at

  2. In the upper-right screen, click Options, then click Create an Inbox Rule…

  3. Click New, then click Create a new rule for arriving messages…

    The Inbox Rules window. The arrow next to New... should be clicked, and from the dropdown menu the Create a new rule for arriving messages... option should be selected.

  4. In the box *When the message arrives, and: choose [Apply to all messages].

  5. In the box Do the following: select Redirect the message to… and in the Contacts window, manually type in the e-mail address you want to forward mail to, and select OK.

    In the box Do the following, the Redirect the message to... option should be selected, which will bring up the Contacts window. Then, the e-mail address should be manually typed in for the person you want to forward mail to.

  6. Make sure *When the message arrives, and: & Do the following: are filled out, and then select Save.

  7. Your Rule should now be active, and mail will start forwarding within five minutes.
