Service Desk as a Service

In addition to its function to provide technical support and guidance on University services and resources to current members of the Northwestern community, the Service Desk can provide first level support, triage, issue routing, and escalation for distributed IT units across campus via the Support Center.

The Support Center provides Service Desk as a Service and catch-and-dispatch services via phone, email, and chat to support the incident and service request processes for Northwestern IT and other partners.
