Smartsheet Project Management Tool

In partnership with Smartsheet, Inc., Northwestern provides a cloud-based project management tool that can be used by students, faculty, and staff to assign tasks, track project progress, manage calendars, share documents and manage other work.

There is a no-cost option to collaborate on existing sheets. A license is required to create new sheets.

Basic Smartsheet collaborator account: No cost

Licensed account (create sheets): $350 per year, renewable each January. The annual cost is prorated based on the quarter in which the license is purchased.

Request Service

Students, faculty, and staff with an active NetID can create a Smartsheet account at no cost. Visit, http://smartsheet.northwestern.edu.

To request a license, email Northwestern IT. Please include a valid chartstring with your request.
