Show Your WildCARD Photo in Emails and Online

Faculty and staff are once again able to display their WildCARD pictures as part of their contact information in Northwestern Collaboration Services with the click of a button (NetID required). For those who choose to show their picture, photos will appear to other users in Microsoft Outlook, Lync/Skype for Business, SharePoint, and Yammer. They will not appear in the Outlook Web App or to contacts outside the University who cannot use Northwestern Collaboration Services.

End User Impact

By default, photos will not be displayed, but if you would like to show your WildCARD picture use your NetID and NetID password to access the WildCARD Photo Opt-In/Opt-Out form. It takes approximately 30 minutes for changes to appear, and you can always go back to the same website to remove your photo later.

Only University WildCARD pictures may be shown, and now uploading a picture is available from University Services. Users with expiring WildCARDs can request a new picture at no cost or, if the card is not expiring, can request a new picture for $15 at the WildCARD Offices in Evanston or Chicago.
