Service Outage Scheduled for myHR – March 13

Northwestern Information Technology is scheduled to apply a required tax update to myHR, resulting in an unavoidable interruption of service from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2021.

During the downtime, data lookup will remain available to administrators in the myHR reporting database. All reports will remain accessible in Cognos and myHR reporting queries.

After the update, users should notice no change in system functionality. Users are reminded to clear their cache before logging in to myHR after the update.

Though actual service outages may be shorter, users should plan for the entire maintenance window.
