Canvas at Northwestern
Default Canvas Login Page Implementation
On August 31, Instructure, the company that provides Canvas, implemented a new default Canvas login screen. This new default screen may be encountered when navigating directly to “canvas.northwestern.edu” or when being redirected after a logout. Links to Canvas across the Northwestern IT website will continue to provide direct login and bypass this page. The rest of the login experience will remain unchanged.Canvas allows Northwestern instructors and students to deliver course materials, submit assignments and tests, view grades, and create learning activities.
